A Business Development Executive is a strategic thinker who identifies opportunities to grow a company’s revenue and market share. They develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, analyze market trends, and create business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Attracting New Clients
Innovate and oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
Maintain client activities in CRM.
Risk Management and Growth.
Work with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.
Client Engagement.
Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions.
Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
Collaboration.
Foster a collaborative environment within the business.
Develop rapport with key decision-makers.
Customized Proposals.
Develop and present proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
Customer Service.
Ensure excellent customer service through regular client follow-up.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
